Warm up to 50%, then
5×2

5 RFT
10 Front Rack Lunges (75/115), Adv(95/135)
20 lateral jumps over bar

Oly (7pm)
A) Cleans only: 70/3, 75/3, 80/2, 85/2, 90/1, 95/1, then, every 0:45 complete 1 clean@70% 9 sets
B) Behind Neck Split Jerk: 60/3, 70/3, 80-85/3-4 sets
C) strict pull-ups: 3 x 10
