A) Hip Snatch: 50/3, 60/3*2 sets
B) Snatch Pull + Snatch: 85-90/2+1*5 sets
C) Snatch Pull: 105-110/3*4 sets

Strength:
A) Weighted Plank Holds: 3×1 min
