100m swim/400m run
5 In & Outs/10 Deck Squats
15 Push-ups
20 Air Squats

Finisher:
100 Flutterkicks
100m walking lunges (1 lap around pool)

Weightlifting:
A) Clean @ Hip: 60/3, 70/3, 75/2*2 sets
B) Clean @ top of knee: 60/3+2, 70/3+1, 75/3+1*4 sets
C) Clean Pull to explode + clean pull: 85/5+5* 3 sets

Strength:
A) Jerk Balances: 60/4*5 sets
B) Jerk Drives: 90-100/3*4 sets
C) Snatch Grip RDL: 3×10 AHAP
