(rest 10 seconds between singles)

3min amrap:
Hang Power Clean + 1 FS
Hang Power Clean + 2 FS
Hang Power Clean + 3 FS……
Rest 2 minutes, repeat for a total of three sets @65-70% of HPC

Option:
KB Hang Clean + 1 KB Squat
KB Hang Clean + 2 KB Squat

Complete the Following Complex all TNG: Push Press + Power Jerk + Split Jerk: @40/3+3+3, 50/2+2+2, 55/1+1+1, 60/1+1+1, 65-70/1+1+1*4 sets

Clean + FS + Jerk: 1+2+1: Find Max in Complex then complete Clean and Jerk x 1 rep @ same weight from from floor x 6 sets
C) GHD Raise: 3×8
D) Seated DB Press: 4×6
E) GHD Sorinsen Hold: 3×1 minSorinsen hold
