Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets) of:
Deadlift
*Set 1 – 8 reps @ 50%
*Set 2 – 6 reps @ 60%
*Set 3 – 4 reps @ 70%
*Set 4 – 2 reps @ 80%
*Set 5 – 2 reps @ 85%

“FGB 2.0”
3 Rds
1= 25m Sprints
2= SDLHP (55/75)*
3= HSPU
4= Box Jumps (20/24)
5= Parallette Dips (Rx-to floor)
6= Rest
(Start at different stations, rotate in order, everyone rests on 6th min)
*can scale to KB sdlhp (35/55)
