Squat challenge = 40 squats

Back Squat
Set 1 – 8 reps @ 60%
Set 2 – 6 reps @ 70%
Set 3 – 4 reps @ 80%
Set 4 – 2 reps @ 85%
Set 5 – 2 reps @ 90%

For time:
50 straight leg AbMat sit-ups
50 wall ball (14/20)
400m run
35 situps
35 wall ball
400m run
20 situps
20 wall ball
400m run run
