Mardi Gras Schedule Reminder:
Monday 2/16 – Morning Classes Only 5, 8 & 9, NO afternoon classes on Monday
Tuesday 2/17 – No Classes
Wednesday 2/18 – All Regular Classes

*Scale
HR Pushups, HSPU on box, HS negatives

Pull-ups, ring rows, etc
