Deadlift
*Set 1 – 10 reps @ 55% of 1-RM
*Set 2 – 10 reps @ 60%
*Set 3 – 6 reps @ 65%
*Set 4 – 8 reps @ 70%
*Set 5 – 6 reps @ 75%
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets

For Time:
21 – 18 – 15 – 12 – 9 – 6 – 3
Wall Balls (14/20) Adv (20/30)
KBS (35/55) Adv (55/70)
Dubs/ Sc x 2
