We had a great showing at the CrossFit Nola Weightlifting Open. Toni Howell received 2nd Place, Gina Finch 1st Place & Tony Finch 3rd Place. All of our lifters trained hard and it showed. Overall winning the 3rd Place Team award!!!! So proud of all of them!
