20 Mtn Climbers (ea)

10 Alt Pistols

5 Pull-ups (Adv – MU)

*Sub 3x Single-Unders or 1/2 attempts for Double-Unders, Goblet (KB/DB) Squats for pistols and Ring Rows or Negatives for Pull-Ups as necessary
