EMOM 20 min, complete the following (Min : # of Burpees)

1:10

2:20

3:5

4:11

5:2

6:18

7:6

8:15

9:4

10:8

11:17

12:3

13:13

14:9

16:14

If you don’t finish all Burpees in a specific round, use the next minute to complete the reps. 

Score is total reps completed (210 is max)

Alt Lunges

6 X 100m sprints, walk back to start

1)Hng Cln+FS+squat jerk

4×1/bar,40,50,60

2) Cln+2jerks=1 E2MOM12

6×1/70-75%

3) BS

3×8/65% *increase if necessary
