Dead lift – take no more than 20 minutes to warm up to 90% of last weeks 2RM and do:

3 x 2 @90% of 2RM

10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

Pull-up

30 Mtn Climbers ea rd (R+L= 1)
