Hang Power Snatch

3 sets x 3 reps @ 60%

3 reps of hang power snatches from below the knee for 3 sets at 60% of your one rep max snatch.

B) 

Hang Power Clean

3 sets x 3 reps @ 60-65%

3 reps of hang power cleans from below the knee for 3 sets at 60-65% of your one rep max clean.

C) 

Push Press

5 sets x 5 reps @ 60-75%

60 – 75% of your one rep max push press. Start from the rack or blocks.
