Deadlift – following percentages are based off last weeks 2RM

5 reps @ 70-75% 

4 reps @ 75-80%

3 reps @ 80-85%

2 reps @ 85-90%

1 rep @ 90-95%

15 min amrap 

5 Deadlifts (75/115)

4 Hang Power Cleans

3 Front Squats

2 Shoulder to Overhead

200m run
