1 power snatch + 1 full snatch for 3 sets

Power Clean and Clean

3 sets x 1+1 reps @ 70%

1 power clean + 1 full clean for 3 sets at 70% of your one rep max clean.

Power Jerk

3 sets x 2 reps @ 75%

75% of your one rep max jerk
