HOW TO JOIN

STEP 1
New to CrossFit? Contact us to sign up for an Elements class to get a One-on-One introductory session. We recommend two 1-hour private session to see our facility, meet with a coach, get a free assessment, understand functional movement patterns, nomenclature, and go over your life and fitness goals.

STEP 2
If you are an experienced CrossFitter looking to join Forged Steele CrossFit, contact one of our coaches and come join the party.

STEP 3
Be apart of the fitness movement, a positive encouraging community and the fun part to living a long lasting healthy life.
